  • How do I pay for a subscription?

    Subscription fees are automatically deducted monthly from your account credit. You can top up your account credit to have enough balance for payments using mobile money under Billing » Payment Methods.

  • How much is charged for an app in HaeDanPa Suite?

    Each app is available for a monthly subscription fee (recurring billing). Every app has its own pricing plans ― listed at the plans section.

  • What kind of businesses should use HaeDanPa Suite?

    HaeDanPa Suite is currently suited for individuals, startups, small businesses and organizations. Some large scale enterprise features such as multi-user accounts and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) are not yet implemented.

  • Can I make an extended subscription beyond the normal one month period?

    Yes. Enterprise plans are reserved for customers with special needs. You can contact us if you have special needs.
